In this case the nurse gets the patient, collects vitals, checks allergies…medications, conducts that nurses preferred review of systems, or the preferred review of systems for the physician that nurse works with, the examination screen from where the physician can do a great number of things optionally, and also execute a great number of workplans [process definitions] that set into action other activities that involve staff, and then finally to review the billing information before it is sent onto the billing system.
